Allison Callis is a seasoned professional, who is an expert at creating compelling business, creative and marketing strategies that have been proven to grow revenues and help businesses take things to the next level. She has worked with all size companies – from sole proprietors to fortune 500 Media groups and companies. She has a particular expertise in the digital space and strategic planning and analytic analysis.

Allison started her career in the motion picture industry in Los Angeles. Her credits included many major motion pictures, as well as promotions for some of the premier Hollywood studios and television shows including Disney, Warner Brothers, ABC, NBC, CBS, music videos, and television mini-series. After a successful tenure she decided to transition into the software and web development genre as a Producer at a Los Angeles-based software and web develop¬ment company. Her subsequent positions included Business Development and Executive Sales Management positions and were focused on internet marketing strategies, outdoor, print, and multi-media strategies for a large niche publishing group and broadcast media companies in Los Angeles and Tucson, as well as a news consulting group out of Dallas, Texas.

Allison also established the first successful Local Ad Network (LAN) in America, including the architectural feasibility and wireframe development of an ad platform for serving, track¬ing, accounting, and creative collaboration. She successfully grew revenues year over year with the LAN and has a track record of growing sales every year – over 600% in one case – regardless of the economic climate. She lives in Santa Barbara and Tucson with her two sons and husband.

Marjorie Large offers over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development. A key strategic and tactical contributor to many projects, Marjorie brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and marketing challenges faced by many small and growing companies and brands. Throughout her career, she has been behind the desk at various regional marketing companies, behind the scenes planning and promoting countless high-profile Santa Barbara events, and behind the microphone for local broadcast media, giving her a deep understanding of every facet of marketing and business development. Marjorie understands the marketing challenges faced by growing companies and brands and takes a strategic and tactical approach to helping them meet their goals. With an MBA from Pepperdine University emphasizing Entrepreneurship, Marjorie understands the ins-and-outs of growing businesses. Currently, Marjorie is the Vice President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Santa Barbara chapter as well as Marketing Chair of the organization. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband, daughter, and three dogs and is an avid runner.

With over 30 years experience in media sales, planning and buying, Andi has worked as an account executive for some of the nation’s top broadcast sta­tions in Indianapolis and Hartford/New Haven, whose ownership includes Lin, Tribune, and Meredith. Andi also spent several years as the President of AJ Media Service, Inc. Her company specialized in media planning and implementation. AJMS clients included six of the Lin Broadcasting stations for whom she was instrumental in planning campaigns and special promo­tions that grew audiences for local news, syndicated, and network programming. She also worked with many retail, B2B, service and non-profit companies. Her longevity within the media space brings a broad understanding of all forms of media, and her ability to analyze trends and project for the future are unrivaled. Her understanding of workings of a station bring valued insight and out of the box ideas when building relationships and campaigns. In addition to being a grandmother to three young boys.

His vast experience with photography includes shooting stunts, pyro, and action sequences.

Naturally and professionally skilled in fine art, graphic design, illustration and screen-printing, she has worked with many organizations, developing and designing such varied projects as t-shirts, posters, logos, album art and more.

He has served as a media adviser to federal grantees funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (USHHS), Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), The Office of Minority Health (OMH), and the Arizona Governor’s Office for Children Youth and Families.

Over the past decade, Seth has managed over 1000 interactive projects spanning television, entertainment and brand advertising. Seth’s success has come from his visionary approach to user experience, visual design and technology. An evangelist of social software, Seth believes that in just a few years’ time, all digital communication will be inherently social. Seth lives with his wife, daughter and four Yorkies.

Todd A. Dos Reis

Todd is a graduate of the University of Southern California Cinema School. A descendant of the Cape Verde Islands and a native of New Bedford, Massachusetts, Todd grew up with film in his blood. He was raised on Blaxploitation Cinema of the 70’s and Bruce Lee films. After settling in Los Angeles, Todd rose up the ladder in the camera department, starting as a loader, camera assistant and camera operator. In a career that has spanned 20 years, Todd has found the most gratification from working on narrative pieces and documentaries, but is also inspired by the non-linear and non-traditional photography of commercials and music videos. As a cinematographer Todd has lensed projects for Directors Michael Beach, Kevin Connelly, Paul Hunter and Moon Zappa to name a few. Todd’s creativity and innovative style were put on display when two short films, “Fortunate Son” and “Ugly”, were both honored for their outstanding cinematography at the International Cinematography Guild. Todd has continued to master the discipline of Cinematography while collaborating to create the camera style for the critically acclaimed HBO series, Entourage. Todd has done significant work with The Boys and Girls Club of New Bedford Massachusetts.
