Allison Callis is a seasoned professional, who is an expert at creating compelling business, creative and marketing strategies that have been proven to grow revenues and help businesses take things to the next level. She has worked with all size companies – from sole proprietors to fortune 500 Media groups and companies. She has a particular expertise in the digital space and strategic planning and analytic analysis.
Allison started her career in the motion picture industry in Los Angeles. Her credits included many major motion pictures, as well as promotions for some of the premier Hollywood studios and television shows including Disney, Warner Brothers, ABC, NBC, CBS, music videos, and television mini-series. After a successful tenure she decided to transition into the software and web development genre as a Producer at a Los Angeles-based software and web develop¬ment company. Her subsequent positions included Business Development and Executive Sales Management positions and were focused on internet marketing strategies, outdoor, print, and multi-media strategies for a large niche publishing group and broadcast media companies in Los Angeles and Tucson, as well as a news consulting group out of Dallas, Texas.
Allison also established the first successful Local Ad Network (LAN) in America, including the architectural feasibility and wireframe development of an ad platform for serving, track¬ing, accounting, and creative collaboration. She successfully grew revenues year over year with the LAN and has a track record of growing sales every year – over 600% in one case – regardless of the economic climate. She lives in Santa Barbara and Tucson with her two sons and husband.
Marjorie LargeCo-Founder, Senior Strategist
Marjorie Large offers two decades of experience in marketing and business development. A key strategic and tactical contributor to many projects, Marjorie brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and marketing challenges faced by many small and growing companies and brands. Throughout her career, she has been behind the desk at various regional marketing companies, behind the scenes planning and promoting countless high-profile Santa Barbara events, and behind the microphone for local broadcast media, giving her a deep understanding of every facet of marketing and business development. Marjorie understands the marketing challenges faced by growing companies and brands and takes a strategic and tactical approach to helping them meet their goals. With an BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and MBA from Pepperdine University emphasizing Entrepreneurship, Marjorie understands the ins-and-outs of growing businesses. She has established important relationships with key regional media partners and earned coverage for clients in all media including: 805 Living, Santa Barbara Magazine, KEYT/KKFX/KCOY, Santa Barbara NewsPress, The Independent, Noozhawk, and more.
Marjorie has served as Vice President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Santa Barbara chapter as well as Marketing Chair of the organization. She is currently the Media and PR Chairperson for the Goleta Valley Girls Softball Association Board of Directors.
She has run multiple marathons and trekked Mont Blanc, from Courmayeur to Chamonix. In addition to being an avid runner, she loves living in Santa Barbara with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Andi DempseyMedia Director
With over 30 years experience in media sales, planning and buying, Andi has worked as an account executive for some of the nation’s top broadcast stations in Indianapolis and Hartford/New Haven, whose ownership includes Lin, Tribune, and Meredith. Andi also spent several years as the President of AJ Media Service, Inc where she specialized in media planning and implementation. She has been instrumental in planning campaigns and special promotions that grew audiences for local news, syndicated, and network programming. She also worked with many retail, B2B, service and non-profit companies. Her longevity within the media space brings a broad understanding of all forms of media, and her ability to analyze trends and project for the future are unrivaled. She is the proud grandmother to three young boys.
Karissa GómezMedia Assistant
Karissa is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and is currently working towards her A.A. in Marketing at Santa Barbara City College. She considers herself a life-long learner and is always looking for opportunities to grow in her professional and personal life. Outside of work, Karissa enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign strategy. Vianna MabanagMedia Assistant
A graduate of UCSB’s College of Creative Studies Writing & Literature program, Vianna values creativity, entrepreneurship and efficiency. She is passionate about women’s economic equality, the great outdoors and marketing that facilitates genuine human connection. In her spare time, she likes to free dive along the California coastline, travel, and try new things. She is currently in the process of launching Venture More Mag, an online digital literary magazine for adventurous women.

Ariel lives with her small family near Yosemite National Park and is fortunate to have grown a small network of individual and corporate clients with whom she works and by whom she is continually inspired.
Ariel loves working under solid creative and strategic direction because she admires big-picture thinkers and enjoys the opportunities she has to eat up all of the knowledge that trickles down in the process.

Cat GouldGraphic Designer
Catt is a fine artist, specializing in apparel graphics, tattoo design, hand and graphic illustration, and graphic design from brand identity to web design. Naturally and professionally skilled in fine art, graphic design, illustration and screen-printing, she has worked with many organizations, developing and designing such varied projects as t-shirts, posters, logos, album art and more.
Brian MussetterProducer and Director of Photography
Brian’s film credits includes Talladega Nights, The Naked Gun, The Sandlot, Dust to Glory, countless commercials, music videos, and Visual Effects/ Motion Control projects for feature motion pictures – three of which were nominated for Academy Awards for Visual Effects. His vast experience with photography includes shooting stunts, pyro, and action sequences.

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara. His passion for capturing beauty in new places and with different people has led him across the world. Shooting live action, lifestyle, product, fashion, and travel photography, he incorporates his own personal style into each image. Ed Dunin-WasowiczPublic Relations
Ed began his advertising career in 1974 as a copy writer and creative director for media firms and agencies in Chicago and then went on to run his own agency. Ed collaborates with marketing partners as a team member offering specific consultation and creative development services on an as-needed basis. Ed has received 118 marketing and advertising achievement and excellence awards from regional and national, peer and client industries. He has served as a media adviser to federal grantees funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (USHHS), Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), The Office of Minority Health (OMH), and the Arizona Governor’s Office for Children Youth and Families.
John Fox, MBA, PhDSenior Strategist
John Fox boasts an impressive clientele over his 21-year career, including Shell Oil Company, the University of Arizona, Lennox International, and many others. His expertise and concepts are currently utilized by companies in every industry. John is known among his clientele for his keen ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into automated web-based software solutions. John’s influence extends from internal, non-revenue-affecting operations to operations which assume major profit and loss responsibility. He serves as acting or interim technology officer for companies in transition or startup. Marty’s quick wit has been and endearing and wonderful tool in his endeavors as an international speaker and creative director. He has been recognized as Business Man of the Year, a key presenter and marketing resource for the Federal Business Development Bank, and led the team that took the General Electric Plessey (GPT) microwave television product LMMDS through the United States Federal Communications Commission in Washington, DC. A winner of 3 national advertising awards, he is known as a professional with knowledge and background in IT, creative, sales and motivation, and communications.
Seth SilverSenior Strategist and Social Media Adviser
Seth is a multi-talented, creative technologist and entrepreneur. In 2009 Seth founded Social Control, a technology studio that creates social apps for the world’s leading brands. Fast-forward 3 years and Social Control touts clients such as PepsiCo, Reebok, Cisco, NBC Universal and more. In addition to their direct client roster and working with Media Spinach, Social Control works with some of the largest advertising agencies in the world including McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy & Mather, and Weiden + Kennedy.
Over the past decade, Seth has managed over 1000 interactive projects spanning television, entertainment and brand advertising. Seth’s success has come from his visionary approach to user experience, visual design and technology. An evangelist of social software, Seth believes that in just a few years’ time, all digital communication will be inherently social. Seth lives with his wife, daughter and four Yorkies.
Todd A. Dos ReisDirector of Photography
Todd A. Dos Reis, ASC graduated from USC with a degree in Cinema-TV Production. He worked his way up the camera department shooting music videos, spec commercials, documentaries and short films. He landed his first big break working as a Camera Operator on the pilot of “Entourage” for HBO. His 8-year tenure there led to his promotion as the full-time Director of Photography. Since then, Todd has helmed critically acclaimed series like “Longmire” and “Crazy Ex Girlfriend.” He is proud to add “David Makes Man” to his list of accomplishments.
