Marjorie Large offers two decades of experience in marketing and business development. A key strategic and tactical contributor to many projects, Marjorie brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and marketing challenges faced by many small and growing companies and brands. Throughout her career, she has been behind the desk at various regional marketing companies, behind the scenes planning and promoting countless high-profile Santa Barbara events, and behind the microphone for local broadcast media, giving her a deep understanding of every facet of marketing and business development. Marjorie understands the marketing challenges faced by growing companies and brands and takes a strategic and tactical approach to helping them meet their goals. With an BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and MBA from Pepperdine University emphasizing Entrepreneurship, Marjorie understands the ins-and-outs of growing businesses. She has established important relationships with key regional media partners and earned coverage for clients in all media including: 805 Living, Santa Barbara Magazine, KEYT/KKFX/KCOY, Santa Barbara NewsPress, The Independent, Noozhawk, and more.

Marjorie has served as Vice President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Santa Barbara chapter as well as Marketing Chair of the organization. She is currently the Media and PR Chairperson for the Goleta Valley Girls Softball Association Board of Directors.

She has run multiple marathons and trekked Mont Blanc, from Courmayeur to Chamonix. In addition to being an avid runner, she loves living in Santa Barbara with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Stephany Rubio
Stephany RubioProject Manager
Stephany Rubio was born and raised in Santa Maria, CA and considers the Central Coast her home and the entire Santa Barbara County her community. She is now based in south county where she earned her B.A. in Global Studies and Professional Writing for Civic Engagement from UC Santa Barbara. She has extensive experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager within various departments at UCSB. She is an A.B.A. Certified Paralegal and serves as the Vice President of Programs for the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association Board of Directors. She considers herself to be a Chicana digital storyteller through her years working as a journalist which is complimented by her experience in web design and digital content creation. As Project Manager for Witmark Group she works directly with the WitMark principal and staff to support the marketing efforts for all clients. She is responsible for developing client relationships and creating a structure for, and execution of, the completion of client deliverables.
Dominique Ocampo

Dominique grew up in San Diego California and has strong educational ties in Hawaii and England. She is a Travel Industry Management graduate from the University of Hawaii’s Shidler School of Business. She’s got mad skills in social media management, content creation, and PR.

Chloe Collins was raised in Los Gatos, California, a small town in Silicon Valley. She graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Communication. Chloe’s passion for writing began early in her life, with a love for words and language. During her time in college, she realized she had a special interest in marketing and public relations. She enjoys the challenge of creating persuasive and engaging content that will resonate with target audiences. As Marketing Assistant at WitMark, Chloe contributes by producing written content such as press releases and articles, as well as creating unique social media content for clients.
Ariel Galos

Ariel lives with her family near Yosemite National Park and is fortunate to have grown a small network of individual and corporate clients with whom she works and by whom she is continually inspired. When she’s not designing, Ariel likes to do a lot of other things – like enjoying experiences with her family, gardening, cycling, crafting, art-ing, collecting rocks, reading camping, being with her friends, and trying to be a better human, parent, partner, dog-owner, friend, and rock climber.

Catt is a fine artist, specializing in apparel graphics, tattoo design, hand and graphic illustration, and graphic design from brand identity to web design. Naturally and professionally skilled in fine art, graphic design, illustration and screen-printing, she has worked with many organizations, developing and designing such varied projects as t-shirts, posters, logos, album art and more.
John Fox, MBA, PhD

John Fox boasts an impressive clientele over his 21-year career, including Shell Oil Company, the University of Arizona, Lennox International, and many others. His expertise and concepts are currently utilized by companies in every industry. John is known among his clientele for his keen ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into automated web-based software solutions. John’s influence extends from internal, non-revenue-affecting operations to operations which assume major profit and loss responsibility. He serves as acting or interim technology officer for companies in transition or startup. John holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Operations Management and Ph.D. in Change Management focused on the human aspects of change and implementation management.
