“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”

William Arthur Ward

Our team is so thankful. We are full of gratitude. This year is a year to remember and a year to reflect on the important things. Our clients, coworkers, and, of course, family are what bring us balance and joy. We spent the month of November sharing what makes us thankful and here we sum it all up. With gratitude… ♥ WitMark

Marjorie, Co-founder:

“I am grateful for my family! They bring a lot of joy, a lot of energy, and a lot of fun to every day. These are pretty important elements for a full and happy life. During challenges (like all of 2020!) you want people in your corner that encourage you and give you strength. I am grateful that my family can always find reasons to smile and approach any challenge with a positive outlook.  I am also extremely grateful that Dodgers baseball is now over and we can focus on the San Francisco Giants winning next year’s World Series!”

Allison, Co-founder:

“I am exceedingly grateful for my family, friends, co-workers and great clients! This year as many face unprecedented challenges and are unsure about what is to come, I reflect on how much hope matters. Hope is a fundamental principle of Gratitude. They are not mutually exclusive. You can certainly have hope and not be grateful or grateful and not specifically be hopeful, but I believe it helps in hard times to use hope as a supportive guide to gratitude.

This year, I am hopeful that we as communities and the world will move toward a better 2021 and I feel grateful that I have found that in my local community, work, and family a deepening of our love and support. I have watched people support each other through the hard and encourage each other to find the good and move toward better! I hope all of you will find comfort in your close relationships and move into the holiday season with gratitude and a new eye on 2021.”

What makes me feel the most grateful is my family, friends, the ocean, and my labradoodle! My family and friends have always supported me unconditionally, and I can’t imagine having better people in my life. They are the best! I feel grateful for the ocean because it always brings me a sense of peace and connection with the earth. Finally, I am obsessed with my dog, Rufus, and I don’t know what I would do without him. He is huge and thinks he is a lap dog, which is hilarious!”

Karissa, Media Assistant

I am always thankful for the love and support of my family. It’s a wonderful thing to know that I have a group of people in this world who will stand by my side no matter what.”

Vianna, Media Assistant

“I’m thankful for having the privilege to travel (pre-pandemic) and to all the people I met along the way. Before COVID-19, I took every opportunity I could to travel, explore and try new things – I’m definitely looking forward to doing that safely again! But until then, all I have are the memories and a whole lot of gratitude. (Picture taken on New Year’s Day 2020 in Thailand).”

Dora, Intern

“ I am beyond grateful for the health of my family, friends, and teammates. I am thankful for all the people who had such an impact on my life and who have helped me to become the person I am today. Much love and gratitude to everyone who surrounds me!”
